Fire Safety

• Regulated by Ofqual under their Regulated Quality Framework (RQF) and accredited by First Aid Awards.

  This 6-hour classroom based Fire Safety Training Course is designed for employees who want to develop their basic fire safety awareness in order to assist their employer by undertaking more specific fire safety roles in the workplace to manage fire risk (e.g. as fire wardens/marshals/stewards etc.) Successful candidates will be awarded a national level 2 qualification (Level 5 in Scotland). It covers the role of the designated Fire Marshal (Fire Warden) and you will learn about preventing fires, about the different types of fire extinguisher and how to use them correctly.

  Qualification On successful completion of this course, you will receive a Level 2 national qualification, (Level 5 in Scotland), will be issued to the learner, subject to successfully completing the test paper.
